Frameworth Private Signing (May 16, 2023)
On Tues. May 16, Frameworth Sports had the pleasure of hosting a private signing with Toronto Blue Jays Alek Manoah, Jordan Romano, and Kevin Kiermaier. During the private signing, Kiermaier was cool with us asking him a few questions about his career and how he's settling into Toronto. As a new member of the Blue Jays, Kiermaier shared that he's settling into Toronto nicely and really loves the city. His wife and daughters will be joining him for the summer once his oldest finishes school back in Tampa. Kiermaier is looking forward to showing them around the city and sight-seeing. During Kiermaier's first game as a Blue Jay at the Rogers Centre he scaled the wall, robbing Detroit Tigers' Kerry Carpenter of a home run. This beautiful play set the scene and standard for what Toronto should expect from him.
"I came ready and I stay ready," said Kiermaier.
When we asked Kiermaier about the oddest thing he's signed for a fan, he laughed and admitted that he's autographed the forehead's of a few different babies before - and yes at the request of their parents.
