Frameworth Event Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions established by Frameworth.
1. Ticket Policy
- Each ticket admits one guest only. No additional guests will be permitted.
- Individuals without a valid ticket will be denied entry.
2. Right to Refuse Entry
- Frameworth reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the event at its sole discretion for unruly or inappropriate behavior.
- Guests who are denied entry or removed from the premises for any reason will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Autograph Policy
- Due to the intimate nature of the event, no personal items may be presented for autographing by Darryl Sittler or any other celebrities in attendance.
- Any attempts to obtain unauthorized signatures may result in immediate removal from the event with no refund.
4. Alcohol Service
- Serving staff retain the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual who, in their sole discretion, appears intoxicated beyond a reasonable level.
5. Photography Session
- The photography session will occur one hour before coverage of the Hockey Game.
- Tables will be called at random for their group photos. Guests must be present when their table is called.
- Guests who miss their scheduled photo time will not have an opportunity to reschedule or receive a photo later.
- No refunds will be issued to those who miss the photo opportunity.
6. Event Timing and Updates
- All event times are subject to change.
- Frameworth will communicate any updates to timing or scheduling as soon as they are available.
- It is the responsibility of each attendee to stay informed of any such changes.
