All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We ship to Canada and the United States. International collectors welcome - special shipping arrangements available upon request.

Account & Authentication

All bidders must authenticate through our secure account system to participate in auctions.

Secure Authentication Process: Enter your email address to receive a one-time verification code. This passwordless authentication ensures maximum security for your account. First-time bidders will have an account automatically created upon email verification. Your bidding history and preferences are securely stored for future auctions.

Bidding Process & Auction Close

NO BUYER'S PREMIUM: Frameworth maintains transparent pricing with no hidden fees. The winning bid amount is your total cost (plus applicable taxes and shipping).

RESERVE PRICING: Most items are offered without reserve. When a reserve price is set, it represents the minimum acceptable bid and will be clearly indicated. Frameworth reserves the right to reduce or remove reserve prices at our discretion. If a reserve is lifted, the current high bidder will win the item.

EXTENDED BIDDING PERIOD: To ensure fair competition, auctions employ a 2-minute extension rule. When a bid is placed near the scheduled close time, that specific item's auction automatically extends by 2 minutes. This process continues until bidding activity ceases. Each item closes independently when no new bids are received within its 2-minute window. This system prevents last-second bidding tactics and ensures all interested collectors have a fair opportunity to compete. All bids constitute binding purchase agreements.

Payment Terms

Important: All prices and transactions are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

INVOICING PROCESS: Winning bidders receive detailed invoices via email after the auction ends for payment and order completion. Outbid notifications are sent via email to keep you informed of auction status.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Affirm financing for qualified buyers. For purchases exceeding $10,000 CAD, additional verification may be required. Please note: Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be applied to auction purchases.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due within 48 hours of invoice receipt. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation and a 15% administrative fee. We reserve the right to restrict future bidding privileges for accounts with outstanding balances.

APPLICABLE TAXES: Canadian residents will be charged applicable provincial and federal taxes based on shipping destination. U.S. residents are exempt from Canadian sales tax at checkout.

Shipping & Local Pickup

SHIPPING TIMELINE: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-10 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on destination and package dimensions. Multiple items won by the same bidder will be consolidated when possible to reduce shipping costs.

LOCAL PICKUP OPTION: Local pickup is available at checkout for Toronto-area collectors at our facility (1198 Caledonia Road, Toronto, ON). You will receive an "Order Ready for Pickup" notification via email. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving. If you have not received your pickup notification within 10 business days, please contact us at customersupport@frameworth.com or via live chat.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Collectors outside Canada and the United States are welcome to participate. International shipping quotes available upon request. Recipients are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are separate from auction and shipping costs. Refused international shipments will incur return shipping charges and processing fees.

Authenticity & Quality Assurance

AUTHENTICATION: All autographed memorabilia includes legitimate authentication from recognized industry leaders. Items may feature authentication from Frameworth, Upper Deck, Fanatics, or other trusted authenticators as specified in each product description. Every autographed item includes appropriate holograms and/or certificates of authenticity to ensure legitimacy.

FRAMED PRODUCTS: We make every effort to protect frames during shipping. If a framed product arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer service team will assist with resolution.

Final Sale Policy

FINAL SALE POLICY: All auction sales are final. Items are sold in the condition described and photographed. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or significantly not as described. Detailed photos and descriptions are provided for informed bidding decisions.

BID OBLIGATIONS: Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase. Bid retractions are not permitted except in cases of obvious error. Non-payment within 48 hours of invoicing will result in: (1) A 15% administrative fee charged to your payment method on file, (2) Suspension of bidding privileges, and (3) Potential legal action for breach of contract. We take bid integrity seriously to maintain a fair marketplace for all collectors.
