This is due to the fact that it has come to our attention that many users on our auction platform have experienced difficulties placing bids on items over the past week. We have communicated with the host of our auctions platform and confirmed that this is an internal glitch caused by a recent update, which required all users to have an active and verified payment method associated with their account.

Unfortunately, it appears that the update has prevented some users from placing bids even though they have verified their payment method.

We apologize for the inconvenience and can assure you that we are working diligently with the host company to address this issue. They have informed us that the issue has been resolved and will no longer pose an issue for bidders.
