Shipping and Returns
Frameworth has partnered with FedEx, UPS, and Purolator in order to use the weight and dimensions of our items to calculate the shipping cost as per the current rates offered by these companies. This will take place at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO SHIPPING RATE IS FINAL AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. YOU MAY BE CONTACTED BY A FRAMEWORTH REPRESENTATIVE AFTER CHECKOUT TO BE INFORMED OF AN INCREASED CHARGE DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE, OR WHICH ITEMS ARE BEING SENT. UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO.

Any item delivered to your home must be signed for. The shipping company will try to deliver the package three times. If they cannot reach you, the package is sent back to Frameworth. In these circumstances, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred while re-shipping the product.
Any damages caused during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a claim to be honoured. The shipping companies do not honour claims reported outside of this time frame, so anything reported beyond 24 hours will not be credited.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and will typically ship within 5 business days of being processed. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships. Please check your spam folder as some email programs will filter these notifications as spam.
Depending on where you are located, shipping may take 1-3 weeks. If the product you ordered is on back order your shipment will be temporarily delayed.
Exceptions apply to Shipping Policies for unsigned photos/prints
For orders outside of Canada and the continental United States, please contact us to get a quote for shipping charges. Shipping is not free for any international order.
You can choose to cancel shipping on your order by choosing the pick-up shipping option.
The pick-up shipping option is availiable for all Canadian orders and all mainland USA orders.

Pick-ups are available Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm ONLY.
Please note that orders are not ready to be picked up until you receive a call from reception.

At Frameworth we guarantee our product to be free of manufacturing flaws. If you receive your product and there is an unreasonable flaw in the workmanship, we will replace the product free of charge or accept it back and offer 100% money back once we have received the original piece and confirmed the flaw is a Frameworth fault.
This does not include damages caused during shipping. In this case, please refer to our shipping policy.
If you receive your product in good condition but simply decide to return it, we may be able to accept it back within 14 days in exchange for in-store credit.
In the case of a return of an unwanted product, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs as well as a 20% re-stocking fee When we do receive the piece back, it must be received in the exact condition that it originally left our warehouse in for us to offer the credit.
Frameworth reserves the right of refusal on any order.
