Frameworth's shipping policy is to ship to Canada and the United States with rates based on geographic areas.
In Canada rates are based on the 10 provinces (from Newfoundland to British Columbia) and on the northern terriory areas while in the United States
rates are based on the mainland area plus Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping to Alaska is $24 extra and shipping to Hawaii is presently $62 extra. Shipping to the Yukon Territories, Nunavut and North West Territories is approximately $100 extra depending on where you live in Canada.
Almost all items purchased online are subject to the above policy. This includes items like pucks, 8 x 10 photos, unframed jerseys, unframed sticks, 16 x 20 plaques, 8 x 10 plaques,
clocks, 10 x 30 plaques, 5 x 15 framed pieces, 8 x 10 framed pieces, and 11 x 14 framed pieces.
Please note that for the shipment of large items (anything as large as a 16" x 20" framed piece, FINISHED SIZE 30" x 31" or 27" x 34" or larger) shipping is extra.

Also please note that jersey cabinets are not sold online since they require special shipping. Thus, contact Travis to get a quotation.
Any damages caused during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a claim to be honoured.
The shipping companies do not honour claims reported outside of this time frame, so anything reported beyond 24 hours will not be credited.
Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days. Products will be shipped immediately once your order is processed.
Depending on where you are located, shipping may take 1-3 weeks. If the product you ordered is on back order your shipment will be temporarily delayed.

For Hockey Hall of Fame Photos our shipping policy is $2.00 per photo.
International Orders
For orders outside of Canada and the continental United States, please contact us to get a quote for shipping charges. Shipping is not free for any international order.
