Then, simply right click on the wallpaper and choose Save Picture as...

Create a Screen Saver

To create a screen saver from your wallpaper images do the following:
Proceed to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display > select the Screen Saver tab.
Then select "My Pictures Slideshow" in the Screen Saver drop down combo box.
Then click the Settings button. Next click the Browse button to browse for your
saved image files. Finally change you screen saver preferences and click OK to finish.
